I guess what they say is true, third time is the charm! Jesse and I are having our first baby!! We could not be happier. We told both our families on Thanksgiving when I was 12 weeks. And it was so exciting to tell everyone! We had our 13 week ultrasound today and it was the best EVER! We saw our baby for the second time and he/she officially looks like a baby! We could see the head, spine, the rib cage, fingers and toes .. such an amazing experience! I have been so worried! When my doc was doing the ultrasound, I just burst into tears. I was just so unbelievably happy and relieved, I fell in love!
I have not done a ton to document everything. I have been so sick which has made it hard to do anything! Jesse has been the best. He has been cooking, grocery shopping, running errands, cleaning, working, going to school and institute, and taking care of me hand and foot. It was so hard to eat for about 5 weeks (still isn't easy) and J would drive anywhere or make anything for me that sounded halfway doable. The sad part is most of the time he would do all that work and I wouldn't even eat it! I am so unbelievably blessed, our baby is going to have one hard working, loving, kind, patient dad!
Will post pictures ASAP! Can't wait to watch this new chapter unfold!
