Here I am 21 weeks and on day 20 of being sick in bed. I got a chest cough.. and thought it wouldn't turn into a head cold. Well......... it did! So that was for about 2 weeks and then I started to feel a little better thinking it was behind me, GUESS again! I have an effing sinus infection. I have been so proud of myself because with all the nausea and crazy headaches and migraine headaches, I haven't taken a single drug. But this cold has kicked my butt big time. I don't remember the last time I was so sick. I started antibiotics today and I keep freaking out about taking them or even taking tylenol. This sinus infection has litterally caused me to be in bed non stop, it is no fun and painful. I feel the baby moving quite a bit which is the only thing really calming me about the whole situation.
I am so ready to prepare for this baby and I haven't done a thing. I was waiting to get excited until 13 weeks because that is when the chance for miscarriage greatly decreases and I was just too sick to get excited. And then I still wasn't feeling all that well and thought I'm going to wait until the 19/20 week ultrasound. That is when they find out if there are any abnormalities or anything. Well right before the ultrasound I got sick and haven't left the house but for work and our docs appt. So here I am half way and ready to get excited and get prepared and I can't! It's dang frustrating! Hopefully these antibiotics kick in fast and the baby is okay in there. That would be ideal!!!!!!!!
