Yesterday and today I have been feeling a bit better. So I am trying to get a little more prepared for the baby. Yesterday I went and bought a baby book from deseret bookstore. It is hard to find "gender neutral" baby books, who would have thought? But I found one that is PERFECT and neither boy nor girl, it is just baby! So excited to start filling out all of these memories that someday we will be able to give to our baby. Can't wait!
Today I called and set up all our prenatal classes! We haven't gone to a single class yet. I didn't want to go to any of the early preg classes, and I'm not sure why. But we are excited to go to all the labor and delivery classes..etc. Lol It should be interesting and nerve racking, but also exciting! We went over to target after Jesse got off work tonight, just to get an idea of some of the stuff we will need and want. I really want to be super basic with everything and not go overboard. That is my goal! I think not finding out the gender will also help with that! Since we don't know the sex I havent bought a single outfit, I'm thinking all the clothes shopping might get a little pricey.
Here are a few pics since I am not very good at uploading stuff here (its just easier on facebook or insta).
My 22 week 1 day bump. Jesse bought me that shirt at around 5 weeks preggo when I was really sick! He was trying to cheer me up and get me excited, so he came home with a few "maternity" goodies. I remember thinking "I'm never going to fit into that!" It's crazy how you just can't imagine getting bigger or actually having a baby and then BAM you're huge! LOL P.s. don't mind the finger prints on the closet mirror.. haha.
Shopping at Target.. we've got ourselves a future dad!! It was hard to tell if you even liked a stroller because they were all up on that ledge, so Jesse took matters into his own hands and started taking them down! Love him!
Baby M's profile and a little of the body. Cute little nose! And you can see the spine, so awesome!
Baby M flipped over in this one with its bum in the air! But what a cool shot of the spine.
I hope no one gets freaked out by this one.. but its baby's little face! Eyes, nose, and lips. I thought this was such a cool picture of him or her! These were some of the pictures we got at the 19 week ultrasound. Jesse recorded the whole thing on his ipad, which is AWESOME! I love being able to go back and rewatch when the baby stretches it long legs all the way out straight. And seeing the chambers of the beating heart. And seeing the baby covering it's face with it's hands! So fun and I am really getting excited these days!!
