Geez have we had so much going on the last week! I am so happy to be able to have a minute of downtime, even though I do love being busy and celebrating the ones I love!
Starting with violet's birthday party. We had a party this year for Violet especially because on her 1st birthday we were in Nebraska and couldn't have a real birthday party for her with our family. So we made sure to have a proper party for her this year. It was so much fun for Violet! She played for hours with her cousins and she loved it! We had everyone come to our new place to celebrate and Violet loved having everyone there and she loved that everyone sang happy birthday to her!
On her actual bday Jesse had to work, so I took my sweet babe to Disneyland by myself and we had the best day. She was absolutely perfect and we had so much fun going on rides, watching shows and meeting some of her favorite Disney characters! I wouldn't say it was hard, but I was definitely wiped out by the time we got home!
And for our anniversary we enjoyed a beautiful day as a family and a nice romantic evening just the two of us in Mission Valley!
