October was a busy month for sure! I've taken a huge interest in baking recently. I'm not sure if my interest started because of the holiday's or just because. I think since Jesse and i have been married I've become a little more "homemakerish" (hah I know thats not a word). We have some fabric left over from the wedding that im going to turn into curtains for our kitchen, i have been doing some sort of baking all MONTH. I started off the month with make carmel apples, but not JUST carmel apples... carmel apples covered in snickers. Mmm. The night before halloween I decided to make Pumpkin Chocolate Chip cookies. I found a recipe on the food network or something and decided to give it a try. Jesse and i carved pumpkins while the cookies were in the oven....
They look Great already! Yum, luckily Mom has every spice known to man in the cupboard because this recipe called for clove, ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, etc. (These might be pretty standard but I'm not a baker remember!)
They turned out Great and PRETTY! hah They were a little cake-like but they were great!

Very cute pumpkins, I thought they turned out great! The cookies were delicious, you did an awesome job! Too bad we missed out on caramel apples with snickers, that sounds good!
